916 Two-Row Lane Divider Roller Side Guide

Check contact at both row heights. A contoured product may meet one row first and leave the other clear.
Give the Lane Boundary Two Contact Levels
The 916 extends the divider contact region over two roller rows. Products moving alongside the divider can meet the rollers at different heights as their side profiles change. The upper and lower members hold the assembly between the two lanes.
Both rows need to sit within the useful sidewall region of the conveyed product. Set the divider from actual pack geometry, including the loaded shape of a flexible or tapered container. The available lane widths should be checked after the complete divider assembly is positioned.

Dimensions & Fit
Compare the top and bottom fixing positions with the available mounting structure. Check that the structure supports the divider without projecting into either product path.
Keep Parallel Queues Apart
Two contact levels can be useful where adjacent queues need a divider over more than one part of the pack wall. The base remains supported by the conveyor, while the rollers form the boundary between streams.
Where different pack formats share the line, check the lower and upper row contacts separately. Changing lane width without checking contact height can leave a narrow neck or sloping shoulder against the frame.
