Capabilities
CSTRANS manufactures and supplies conveyor components for equipment builders, system integrators and industrial buyers. Our work combines mould development, component production and assembly with the supply of related parts for new conveyors and replacement orders.

Mould Development and Component Production
Our manufacturing capabilities include mould development, injection moulding and CNC machining. We have our own tooling for selected tabletop-chain and flexible-chain families, including the 63, 83 and 103 series, as well as selected modular-belt components.
Injection moulding uses dedicated tooling to reproduce component shapes. CNC machining cuts the geometry and mounting features specified for the part. Material choice affects processing and finished dimensions.
Our sprocket range includes machined and injection-moulded forms, split and one-piece constructions, and drive and idler versions.

Product Range and Belt Assembly
We supply plastic and stainless-steel conveyor chains, straight-running and turning modular belts, and the hardware around them. The range includes sprockets, wear strips, guide-rail brackets and conveyor supports, together with transfer parts, bearing housings and flexible-chain components.
We cut and assemble selected modular-belt series to the required width and length within the series’ available size increments. Belt configurations include flat and open-grid surfaces, with flights and side guards available for selected families. Flight height and spacing are specified for the product-handling requirement.

Custom Profiles and Machined Parts
Our custom work includes chain-guide wear strips defined by the required profile and mounting arrangement. We also supply selected motor flanges machined to suit the motor connection.
Drawings, working dimensions or an existing part establish the requirements. For non-standard requests, we assess the material and processing route before defining the scope, price and lead time.
Quality Management and Inspection
View CertificationsOur quality management system is ISO 9001 certified. Component inspection includes optical measurement and sampling checks.
Quality requirements start with the specified model, material and dimensions. Optical measurement supports checks of component geometry against dimensional requirements. For conveyor parts, fit also depends on the connections to shafts, beams and adjacent hardware.

Technical Support for Component Selection
We help identify component families from model references, photographs and drawings. Selection covers the chain or belt series and its matching hardware, alongside the operating conditions.
For sprockets, we check tooth count, bore, keyway and the drive or idler arrangement. Flexible-chain selection brings the chain together with its beam, wear strips, bends and drive units. Belt selection also involves load and speed, temperature, chemical exposure and any food-contact requirements.
Supply and Delivery Planning
Our operations include spare-parts storage alongside manufacturing and belt assembly. We confirm the selected items, quantities and lead times for each order. Custom processing and assembly requirements form part of that planning, so the supply schedule reflects the work needed for the parts.
