Conveyor Components

Browse CSTRANS conveyor parts by what they carry, drive, guide or support. Start with a component family below, then follow its subcategories for the part type and matching details.

Find the Part by Its Job

Chains, Belts and Sprockets

Conveyor Sprocket

A sprocket engages the selected chain or belt at the drive or idler. Identify that chain or belt first, then check tooth count, bore, keyway and drive or idler role; outside diameter alone does not establish a match.

Flexible-Chain Route Components

Flexible Chain Conveyor Components

These are the beams, bends, frame profiles, connections and end units around a flexible chain. The chain series and route geometry determine which parts meet along the carrying and return paths.

Guides and Wear Surfaces

Conveyor Side Guide Rails

Side rails contact the product and define its lateral path. Compare the rail section, contact strip and product clearance; the bracket that holds the rail is a separate component.

Black guide rail brackets fitted to silver support rods

Conveyor Guide Rail Brackets

Brackets and clamps position the side rail on the conveyor frame. Match the rod shape, clamp interface and adjustment reach to the mounting point, as well as the rail position you need.

Black, green and white conveyor wear strip profiles on white

Conveyor Wear Strips

Wear strips provide the sliding contact surface between a chain and its beam. Match the strip profile to the chain's contact path and beam seating; width alone does not identify the replacement.

Frame, Return and Transfer Hardware

Silver square tube conveyor support base on white

Conveyor Supports

Support bases locate the upright tube beneath the conveyor frame. Check the base footprint, tube opening and foot connection; the leveling foot is specified separately.

Several metal conveyor leveling feet and bases on white

Conveyor Leveling Feet

Leveling feet provide the floor contact and height adjustment beneath a support. The stud thread must fit the support, while the base and stud length affect the floor interface and available adjustment.

Four conveyor bearing housings on white

Conveyor Bearing Housings

A bearing housing locates a rotating shaft at the frame. Check the shaft-to-bearing fit and frame mounting geometry; the housing body and bearing insert are separate material choices.

Conveyor Mounting Hardware

Hinges and swivel handles serve access and adjustment points. Check whether the hinge needs to detach, then compare its mounting holes; for a handle, match the mating thread and turning clearance.

Green and black conveyor return wheels on white

Conveyor Return Rollers

Return rollers contact and support the moving strand beneath the carrying run. Wheel mounting and return-path position define the replacement fit.

Blue transfer comb plate and blue roller transfer assembly on white

Conveyor Transfer Plate

Transfer plates support products between carrying surfaces. Raised-rib plates must match the belt family; ball transfer plates provide a different rolling-contact interface, with the handoff height and gap still to check.

Describe the Part You Need

For a replacement or matching enquiry, describe the existing part and the component it needs to fit. Include a model reference or the dimensions you know. A simple route description helps when the request involves a bend, end unit or transfer.
