85 Roller Transfer Plate A / B / C
The blue 85 transfer-plate range uses roller sections in A, B and C lengths. The different sections let the transfer layout be reviewed against the gap and product support needed at a conveyor handoff.

Choose the Section for the Space Being Bridged
Compare the long, middle and short sections with the actual handoff envelope; colour alone does not establish the correct size.
Use the Section Length That Supports the Handoff
Code 008 provides rolling contact between the ends of conveying surfaces. The A, B and C references distinguish long, middle and short sections. Their different envelopes need to be compared with the space beneath the product's travel path.
The rollers turn beneath the crossing product. Their direction, the surrounding frame and the distance to the receiving conveyor all affect the handoff. Select a section for the actual product footprint rather than filling the visible gap by appearance alone.

Compare the Section with Both Conveyor Ends
Show the sending and receiving heights, gap and travel direction. Check the mounting space below the plate and the clearance to the conveyor end components. Use the individual section reference when confirming the order.
Maintain Support Through a Short Handoff
At a conveyor-to-conveyor connection, the product can pass over a roller section between the powered carrying surfaces. A longer section covers a different envelope from a short section, so the receiving edge and product travel need to be checked for each layout.
Products with feet or a recessed base may contact only a few rollers. Assess the base shape and the gaps around the selected section to avoid relying on nominal plate coverage alone.

Select an A, B or C Section
Send the required section reference, quantity and a handoff drawing. Include the smallest product footprint, travel direction and the mounting space beneath the gap.
