1901A Flat Top Modular Belt
The CSTRANS 1901A flat top modular belt carries products on a closed face assembled from linked plastic rows. Nominal width steps of 76.2 mm help size the carrying lane.

Identify the Flat-Top Construction
Compare the underside and pin joints as well as the product-contact face when selecting a replacement.
A Closed Face for Straight Product Support
The 1901A top supports the product across interlocking module rows. The joints allow the belt to turn at the conveyor ends while the carrying face stays flat along the supported run.
POM and PP options use a selected connecting-pin material. For a replacement, identify that combination alongside the belt geometry. The product base, temperature and cleaning conditions should guide the selection rather than appearance alone.

N is a positive integer; n is a nonnegative integer. Agree the finished width after material shrinkage.
Review the Carrying Lane and Return
Check the belt's finished width against side guides and pin-end clearance. Compare the sprocket tooth form with the underside before ordering a replacement.
Support Containers Between Process Stations
A closed top supports narrow bottom rims and small feet along the carrying run. It can be considered for straight container or package transfer between stations where through-belt flow is unnecessary.
If products accumulate at a stop, evaluate sliding between the selected material and the product base. A broad flat bottom and several small feet distribute contact differently, so assess the real package rather than its outer dimensions alone.

Specify a 1901A Replacement
Send width, assembled length and quantity with top and underside photographs. Include the product-base shape, operating temperature and existing sprocket reference.
