83G Gripper Flexible Chain
The 83G combines projecting TPU gripper elements with an articulated POM chain body. The flexible elements contact the product in a gripping arrangement rather than providing a plain flat carrying face.

Review the opposed-chain gap and product contact pressure together. The attachment material alone does not establish a safe gripping load.

Contact the Product With Flexible Elements
The 83G presents a projecting gripper profile above the POM link. In an opposed arrangement, the spacing between the chains determines how the elements meet the product. Contact needs to suit the product wall stiffness as well as its shape.
TPU attachments sit on links joined by SUS201 pins. The chain mass is 2.00 kg/m. The joint beneath the gripper still needs to match the track and drive. Gripper fit and chain running fit require separate checks.

Move Containers Where Base Support Is Interrupted
Opposed gripper chains can be considered for transferring a shaped container through a section where continuous support underneath is unavailable. The gripping elements contact the container sides while the conveyor controls the travel path.
Entry and release are critical parts of that movement. An empty thin-walled bottle responds differently from a filled rigid container. Review the product wall, weight and surface condition before specifying the gripping gap or an elevation change.
