Review the Pin and Drive Together
Pin material is part of the assembled belt selection. Match the actual module and sprocket arrangement before replacing an installed 5996-family belt.

Open Grid With Several Pin Choices
5711 combines a PP grid body with PP, PA6 or stainless-steel connecting pins. The openings provide a through-belt path while the remaining ribs support the product base.
The 57.15 mm pitch establishes the row-to-row drive geometry. Support-track spacing and sprocket engagement still need to be checked for the actual assembly. A shared family reference is a starting point for comparison, not a complete fit decision.

Check Reverse Bends Separately From Discharge
The 38 mm backflex requirement concerns reverse bending of the belt. Check the actual return route and supports rather than using it as a discharge-nose dimension.
Keep a Drainage Path Beneath Containers
The grid allows liquid to pass below a supported container as it moves between stations. The smallest feet or base edges need sufficient contact with the ribs throughout travel.
Temperature and pin choice must suit the process together. A PP material designation alone does not establish a sterilization duty or chemical-cleaning limit. Assess the actual operating cycle before selecting the assembled configuration.
