85 Main Beam and Half Beam Spacer Kit
This spacer kit joins an 85 main beam to an 85 half beam. The beam-spacer length depends on the wider conveyor configuration being assembled.
- Main member
- 85 main beam
- Second member
- 85 half beam
- Configurations
- 145 / 175 / 295
Identify the assembled series before specifying a spacer. 145 / 175 / 295 are application references, not spacer lengths.
Join the Main and Half Beams at the Correct Separation
The beam spacers link the 85 main beam to the 85 half beam. They establish the distance between the two members within the wider conveyor assembly.
That distance changes with the selected configuration. A spacer for one arrangement should be compared against the required assembly rather than ordered solely because both beam members carry the 85 designation. The mating end features also need to seat correctly.

Dimensions & Fit
Provide both profile end sections and the required separation in the assembled beam. Show the spacer locations and fastening arrangement.
For a replacement, measure the existing spacer independently from the overall conveyor width. Include its end shape and how far it seats into each connection.
Build the Wider Chain-Support Structure
The main and half beams form a wider support arrangement when linked at the required separation. The chain must remain supported across that arrangement while the return path stays clear beneath it.
During assembly, check alignment along the length of both members. Unequal seating at successive spacers can change their relative position even when the overall width appears correct.

Discuss an 85 Beam Spacer Kit
Send the assembled series, both beam sections and existing spacer measurements. Include the required number of spacers and photographs of their end connections.
