The 503 brings two round guide rails into one clamping head. The paired seats establish their relative positions, while the support pin positions the assembly from the conveyor bracket.
Both rails need to seat fully before tightening. Compare the spacing and section of the existing rail pair rather than selecting by the outer head width. An unevenly seated rail can leave one contact level ahead of the other.
