76 Sushi Chain

The 76 sushi chain uses overlapping curved POM plates to form a moving support for dishes and serving plates. Stainless steel pins connect the links along the conveyor route.

Plate Width
114.3 mm / 4.5 in
Pitch
76.2 mm / 3 in
Minimum Radius
250 mm / 9.84 in

Check the serving plate's full diameter through the turn. The carried dish can extend beyond the chain's 114.3 mm support width.

Overlapping Plates for a Circulating Display

The curved edges overlap as successive links change direction. This gives dishes a moving support through the bend while keeping the articulated connection below the top plates. The supplied geometry suits a circulating serving route.

Dish size determines the required clearance around that route. The support width is 114.3 mm, but the dish rim can occupy a much larger envelope. Check both the inner and outer sides of a turn when arranging barriers or adjacent equipment.

Dimensions & Fit

Review the 250 mm minimum radius in plan view and the 150 mm backflex radius in the return arrangement. Confirm the measurement reference used for each bend.

At loading and removal points, check access around the moving plates. Inspect plate overlap with the actual chain sample and allow room for the largest dish as it passes a corner.

Move Serving Plates Around a Counter

A circulating restaurant or buffet route carries dishes past a series of pickup positions. The curved plates follow changes in counter direction while supporting the dish base.

The dish must remain stable when placed on or lifted from the moving surface. Product weight distribution and available support area matter more than rim diameter alone. Suitability for cleaning conditions and any required food-contact documentation need order-specific review.
