140 flat and toothed chains use different beam configurations. Keep the chain style in the enquiry as well as the nominal series.
Match the Beam to the Chain Arrangement
The beam establishes the support path beneath the chain and provides locations for wear strips and adjoining components. Its carrying and return geometry need to suit the chain that runs around the circuit.
The company range includes both standard narrow beam families and wider assemblies. In the wider flat-chain arrangements, an 85 main beam and 85 half beam are joined with beam spacers. Spacer length changes with the assembled series, so the beam selection affects the connection parts as well.

Dimensions & Fit
Compare the beam end section with the actual chain and wear-strip arrangement. Include the chain's flat/toothed version and the position of its return path.
For assembled wider beams, show the transverse spacing and beam spacers. Check straight joints and bend connections against the same section before specifying lengths.
Continue the Chain Circuit Between Modules
The beam links straight runs to bends and end units while supporting both directions of chain travel. A change in section can alter the carrying height or return clearance at a joint.
Keep the running surfaces aligned where sections meet. On a wider assembly, check support across the product base as well as the chain path along the beam.
