Closed Support With Closely Spaced Rows
The 1520A carrying face supports the product across linked flat-top modules. The closed face is useful when the base has small contact areas that need support between successive rows.
The belt is available in POM or PP with separately selected connecting pins. Its 8 mm backflex radius is relevant to backward bends beneath the conveyor. The return path and product transfer need separate checks, because they bend and support the belt differently.

Use the module arrangement drawing to agree the assembled carrying width and allow for material shrinkage.
Compare the Module Arrangement With the Conveyor
Check the finished belt width between the guides and compare the underside with the installed sprockets. Show the conveyor end support rather than relying on a top-view width alone.
Carry Small-Based Items Between Stations
A closed modular surface can support containers or packages whose feet need a broad contact face. The rows move beneath the product while maintaining support along the straight carrying run.
Loading and discharge introduce gaps that the closed face cannot remove. For short products, compare the contact footprint with the space between conveyors. For taller products, also assess the height step that could tilt the base during transfer.

Define Your 1520A Carrying Section
