1520 Modular Belt Sprocket
The 1520 injection-moulded sprocket range includes 16-, 24- and 32-tooth options. Select the tooth count for the conveyor-end geometry and match the bore to the shaft.

Distinguish Round Bores from Square Openings
A 40 × 40 or 60 × 60 opening describes a square shaft fit; it is not a round-bore diameter.
Select the Diameter with the Tooth Count
The teeth engage the modular belt at the end shaft. Within the 1520 range, the listed tooth counts provide different running diameters. Changing tooth count therefore changes the space needed at the conveyor end and the belt's path around it.
The shaft connection is a separate choice. The range includes round and square openings, with different options for each tooth count. Confirm the belt underside and the selected sprocket together before positioning a set across the belt width.

Manufacturing method: injection moulding. Confirm shaft fit and retention for the chosen model.
Check the Belt Path Around the End Shaft
Compare the selected pitch and outside diameters with the conveyor-end layout. Check the belt engagement, frame clearance and position of the adjacent transfer surface. A tooth-count change needs a review of that layout.
Show the shaft section and usable axial length. Establish the sprocket positions against the belt's drive features and agree the locating arrangement for the set. Include keyway details where the round-shaft connection requires them.
Drive a Matched Modular Belt
A sprocket set drives the belt through its underside engagement features. The sprockets must occupy the intended contact positions across the width; equal spacing alone may not match the belt construction.
For replacement work, inspect the existing tooth count and shaft opening before removing the set. Preserving those references helps compare the replacement against the installed end geometry.
