Confirm the Captured Track Profile
The chain's lower tab clearance matters independently of the carrying width.

Guide the Chain Below the Case
CC600TAB links use an articulated carrying body with tab projections below it. The matching track captures that lower form through the route.
The tabs guide the chain, while the case still relies on its support lanes and product guides. Keep those functions separate when checking a multi-lane curve or replacing a plain CC600 chain with a tabbed form.

Working load is chain force, not case weight. Review speed, temperature and route together for the intended operation.
Check the Tabs Across Track Transitions
Compare the complete lower profile with the track opening and curve joints. Confirm how the chain enters and leaves any captured section.
Retained Guidance on a Case-Handling Route
A tabbed running lane is relevant where the conveyor track needs to retain the chain through a turn. It can support rigid cases while the guided links follow the route beneath them.
Dry and lubricated operation have different listed speed limits. The selected operating condition should match the line's lubrication practice, especially where products wait or the chain changes direction.
