44 Flexible Chain
The 44A forms a narrow carrying lane from intermeshing POM plates. A PA6 pivot and SUS201 pins connect the links beneath the flat fingered face.

Check the smallest product base against the intermeshing fingers. Narrow support makes the guide setting part of the carrying-width check.

Use the Flat Fingered Face on a Narrow Lane
The 44A has a flat central carrying area with interleaving edges. The fingers accommodate angular movement between links as the chain follows the route. The base should remain within supported contact areas as those gaps change.
The PA6 pivot is part of the articulated underside, not a product-contact roller surface. Check its seating in the beam and its connection to the pins when matching a replacement. The narrow top does not identify the drive tooth profile on its own.

Dimensions & Fit
Provide a link sample or measured spacing together with the actual sprocket reference. Compare the underside joint with the beam section.
Convey Small Products Between Compact Stations
A narrow flexible lane is relevant when small containers or components travel between closely arranged stations. The 44A fingered plates provide moving support while the track routes the chain around the equipment.
Tall products can be sensitive to guide contact above a narrow base. Check the guide height as well as the lane width, particularly near a bend or stop. At discharge, maintain support under the leading edge as the chain leaves the carry path.
