Three-Row Lane Divider Roller Side Guide
Code 917 is a three-row lane divider roller side guide with UHMW-PE and stainless steel construction. The 1000 mm section places rolling contact between adjacent product lanes.

Set Both Lane Clearances
The divider occupies space between two product paths. Check the free lane width on each side at the intended contact height.
Rolling Contact Between Adjacent Lanes
The 917 divider has three stacked rows of rollers held between upper and lower members. Products approaching from either lane contact the roller assembly as they move beside the divider. The rows extend the contact region vertically, so guide height should be chosen around the shape of the product wall.
The divider needs support that holds both ends of the roller assembly in position. Its placement affects two lanes at once. Moving the divider to gain clearance for one product can reduce clearance in the neighbouring lane, particularly where differently shaped packs travel side by side.

Position the Divider Within the Lane Layout
Measure usable lane width to the product-contact surfaces. Include the divider thickness, product sidewall shape and the available upper and lower fixing positions in the layout. Keep the supporting members clear of the products' travel envelope.
Where sections meet, check roller alignment and the gap between successive assemblies. The leading edge of a pack should enter the next section without striking an exposed end member. Include the smallest pack size when assessing these transitions.
Maintain Separation Through an Accumulation Area
On parallel conveying lanes, products can press against a divider as the flow slows or queues. Rollers provide a rotating contact surface along this boundary. Their contact height needs to suit the loaded product, including changes in wall shape above its base.
At the end of the divider, product paths open into a transfer or the next guided section. Align that handoff with the downstream lane arrangement. The divider itself does not meter or control the release of products.
