Match the bracket spacing and mounting faces to the frame. A similar outline alone does not establish that the holes and guide position will align.
Set the Guide Support Away From the Frame
The formed M profile creates an offset between its attachment regions. That offset lets the support position follow the guide line while the bracket remains attached to the conveyor frame. The clamp and rod shown alongside the bracket illustrate the surrounding support arrangement; order contents need to be specified separately.
Large and small brackets have different spacings. Select between them from the frame attachment points and the required guide position. Check access for tightening at the installed location, especially where the conveyor side is close to another machine.

Dimensions & Fit
Measure the distance between the intended fixing points and show their orientation on the frame. Include the required rod position relative to the carrying surface.
Confirm the hole pattern and clearance around the formed bracket. Keep the guide adjustment path accessible after installation, rather than allowing a nearby guard or machine panel to block it.
Support a Side Guide at the Required Offset
A side guide often needs to sit above and inward from the frame edge. The M-shaped bracket provides the supporting offset in this assembly. Its position affects the height and reach available to the guide rod.
On a line with pack-size changes, check the extreme guide positions against the bracket and frame. The installed support should allow those positions to be set without the rod or clamp fouling adjacent equipment.
