S5001 Radius Flush Grid Modular Belt
S5001 carries products through curved routes on linked PP grid modules. The 50 mm pitch assembly has a 43% open surface and a nominal width system starting at 200 mm.

Confirm the Width Before Setting the Curve
The inside turning radius is listed as twice the belt width. Finished carrying width and curve clearance need to be agreed together.
Assemble a Grid Across the Required Width
S5001 uses interlocking open modules joined across the carrying surface. The grid ribs support the product while the joints allow the assembly to follow a curved path.
Nominal widths use a 200 mm base with 100 mm increments. The finished belt can be narrower than the nominal assembly because of material shrinkage. Agree the width and track clearances before fixing the curve layout.

Match the Inner Curve and Module Outline
Use the inside belt edge as the radius reference when reviewing the two-to-width relationship. Check product contact across the grid as the rows open and close through the turn.
Preserve a Carrying Path Through Repeated Turns
A radius grid can follow a process route that bends around equipment. The supporting track must maintain the belt path while the product guides keep the load within its supported area.
The open face gives air or liquid a path beneath the product. For an elevated or spiral route, support, elevation change and load distribution need a separate line-level review. A radius-belt selection alone does not establish that system's capacity.

Plan an S5001 Radius Assembly
Send nominal width, belt length and quantity with the inside radius and route drawing. Include product-base dimensions, operating temperature and whether the layout changes elevation.
