S4600 Radius Flush Grid Modular Belt
S4600 is a 46 mm pitch radius grid belt in the 300 family. Its open linked modules follow a curved route while supporting products on the grid members.
- Pitch
- 46 mm / 1.811 in
- Open Area
- 38%
- Backflex Radius
- 50 mm / 1.969 in
Use the Inside Radius for Curve Selection
The inside turning radius is listed as 2.2 times belt width. Confirm the chosen finished width and guide-track geometry together.
A 46 mm Pitch Grid for Curved Travel
S4600 modules articulate through the curve while the grid members carry the product. The open face provides passages for drainage or airflow when the support structure leaves space underneath.
POM and PP belt materials are listed with PP or PA pins. Select the combination for the process temperature and contact conditions. The assembled width affects both the available carrying area and the curve envelope.

n is an integer assembly increment. Confirm the nominal assembly, finished width and pin choice against the conveyor drawing.
Check Curve Width and Return Bending Separately
Measure the curve to the inner belt edge when reviewing the 2.2-to-width relationship. Check that guides and supports accommodate row movement without reducing the required product support.
Carry Products Around a Line Obstruction
A curved modular section can route products around equipment while maintaining a linked carrying path. The guide layout controls the product position as the belt changes direction.
Where drainage matters, the grid openings let liquid leave below the base. The support pattern must keep small feet on the carrying members and preserve the needed flow route beneath them.

Define Your S4600 Curve Layout
Send carrying width, belt length and quantity with the inside radius and turn angle. Include product-base dimensions, material preference and the installed sprocket reference.
