S3150 Radius Flush Grid Modular Belt
S3150 uses linked POM grid modules for a curved conveying route. Its 39% open surface supports products on the grid ribs while allowing air and liquid to pass below.

Check the Assembled Width Against the Curve
Module outlines and finished belt width serve different purposes. Use the required carrying width and actual curve drawing for the layout review.
Match the Grid Assembly to the Route
S3150 combines interlocking modules across the belt width. Several module forms appear in the drawing, allowing the assembly to be reviewed as a complete carrying surface rather than as one repeated loose part.
In a curve, adjacent rows move relative to one another. The support track must accommodate that movement while the product remains on the grid ribs. Width, turn geometry and base contact therefore need to be considered together.

Use the Complete Module Layout
Compare the module pattern and edge arrangement with the installed belt. The drawing's loose-module dimensions do not replace a finished-width check.
Maintain Support as the Grid Turns
Products crossing a curved grid meet a changing pattern of contact points. A broad base spans several ribs, while a small projection may approach an opening as its orientation changes.
For a draining or ventilated section, the grid provides a flow path beneath the product. At entry and exit, align carrying heights and guides so the product is supported while the belt changes direction.

Plan an S3150 Belt Assembly
Send nominal carrying width, belt length and quantity with the curve drawing and existing belt reference. Include the smallest product-base dimensions and photographs of the edge modules.
