S2541 Radius Flush Grid Modular Belt
S2541 is a POM radius belt with a 42% open-grid face. Middle, left and right module forms build the carrying width and establish the belt-edge geometry through a curve.
- Pitch
- 25.4 mm / 1 in
- Open Area
- 42%
- Backflex Radius
- 25 mm / 0.984 in
Match the Edge Modules to the Guide
The left and right module drawings include different edge forms. Check their engagement and clearance against the installed curved track.
Build the Curve Around the Correct Edges
S2541 combines middle modules with left and right edge modules. Their geometry defines the carrying width and the interface at the sides of the belt. The edge arrangement needs to suit the track that guides the belt through the turn.
The flush-grid face provides a path for air or liquid beneath the product. Its ribs must support the product base as the grid moves through the curve. POM modules are listed with POM, PP or PA6 connecting pins.

N is an integer assembly increment. Confirm the selected nominal assembly and finished width against the conveyor drawing.
Compare Each Edge With the Track
Identify the middle and edge-module arrangement in the replacement belt. Check edge guidance and clearance throughout the turn, including entry and exit transitions.
Use the inside radius when assessing the 2.5-to-width relationship. Review the 25 mm backflex requirement separately on the return. At discharge, examine the product's support as the belt changes from curved to straight travel.
Guide Products Around a Process Station
A radius belt can route products around a machine or between differently aligned conveyor sections. On S2541, the edge modules and curved track establish the belt path while product guides control the carried item's position.
Where the process requires drainage or airflow, the grid leaves passages beneath the base. Supports and edge guides must preserve the needed flow path while keeping the product supported across the bend.

Specify Your S2541 Edge Arrangement
Send width, assembled length and quantity with the curve's inside radius and turn angle. Include photographs of both belt edges, the guide track and the drive sprockets.
