RT-114 Multiflex Chain

RT-114 carries products on 114.3 mm POM plates that articulate through a curved route. The broad plate face provides support for cartons and containers while the linked body follows the track.

Follow the Base Across the Plate Joints

Check support at the inner curve edge and at the receiving conveyor.

A Broad Plate Face Through a Guided Curve

The RT-114 plate spans beyond the central chain joint to support the product. Neighboring plates change angle as the chain follows the curved track.

That movement changes the gaps beneath the base. A carton with a broad bottom can bridge the joints differently from a container resting on a narrow rim. Review the smallest base through the turn and at the handoff.

Assess chain force at the actual duty temperature. The listed force is not a product-weight rating throughout the full temperature range.

Match the Plate Path to the Product Lane

Compare the support section and drive engagement with the installed chain. Establish how the curve radius is measured before checking the route.

At the exit, align the receiving surface with the carrying plate and verify that the product base crosses the gap. Review the reverse bend separately.

Connecting Carton-Handling Stations

A guided RT-114 lane can carry cartons through a corner between packing operations. The broad plate supports the base while side guides maintain its intended position.

The guide setting must allow the carton to turn without forcing it toward an opening between plates. At discharge, the base should reach stable receiving support before it leaves the last carrying plate.
