Four-Row Roller Side Guide
Four stacked roller rows form an extended side-contact face for products travelling along a conveyor. The guide is selected around the usable contact height of the product and the available frame support.

Compare the complete roller face with the product wall. Additional rows only contribute when their height falls within a useful contact region.
Extend the Available Contact Region
The four-row guide presents a taller band of rollers along the side of the conveying path. The visible assembly holds the roller rows in a frame so products can contact rotating elements as they move past.
The useful contact pattern depends on the pack. A straight carton wall and a waisted container will meet the rows differently. Review that pattern before deciding the installed height, particularly where several product formats share the conveyor.

Dimensions & Fit
Measure the required contact region from the carrying surface and compare it with the guide assembly. Provide the frame outline and fixing locations when replacing an existing section.
Check the clearance behind the frame and the alignment between successive guides. A product should remain beside the roller face as it crosses a joint. Confirm section length and mounting dimensions against the selected assembly before placing an order.
Guide Taller Product Walls
Four rows offer contact positions over a taller sidewall region where the product shape permits. This can be relevant beside a queue of cartons or packs approaching another machine.
Keep the guide clear of handles, loose wrapping and projecting seams. The number of rows does not establish an allowable side load; queue pressure and product stability still need assessment for the line.

Discuss a Four-Row Guide
Send the product side profile, required contact height and guide length. Include a frame end view, mounting dimensions and quantity so CSTRANS can review the required assembly.
