Flexible Chain Conveyor Spare Parts
CSTRANS supports enquiries for flexible chain conveyor spare parts used in drive and idler assemblies. Identify the individual component and assembly version so the replacement can be checked at its mating points.

A family component list does not define a repair kit's contents. Specify each required part and quantity separately.
Identify the Failed Part Within the Assembly
Drive and idler assemblies contain several components that work together. Replacing a shaft, sprocket or support plate requires the part to fit the components that remain in service. A photograph of the complete end unit helps locate the replacement before its dimensions are checked.
The range includes shafts and sprockets as well as connecting and retaining parts. Separate the required items on the enquiry. This avoids treating a general family list as a fixed kit with assumed quantities.

Specifications
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Support parts | Specification: Side plates with protective rings; bearing housings |
| Rotating parts | Specification: Drive/idler shafts; sprockets |
| Connecting parts | Specification: Connecting blocks; connecting columns |
| Retaining parts | Specification: Shaft retaining clips |
Dimensions & Fit
Mark the required part on an assembly photograph. For shafts, show bearing seats, sprocket locations and retention details; for connecting parts, show the mating faces and hole pattern.
Provide a dimensioned sketch or the existing part reference. Check both ends of any asymmetric part and identify the operating side of the assembly.
Replace the Part That Locates or Drives the Chain
Wear or damage can affect one component while the surrounding assembly remains usable. A replacement sprocket must fit its shaft and chain; a replacement plate must locate the rotating parts correctly.
Inspect the mating components during the repair assessment. Replacing one worn item without checking its contact surfaces can leave the original alignment or engagement problem unresolved.

Request a Spare-Part Review
Send a marked assembly photograph, part reference or drawing, and quantities by item. Include the conveyor family and drive/idler position.
