Double-Track Conveyor Beam
The double-track conveyor beam provides an upper and lower channel arrangement around a central hollow section. Match its profile to the chain's carrying and return paths.

Check the complete end section. A similar central hollow shape does not establish the same channel dimensions or connection fit.
Locate the Two Chain Paths Within One Section
The visible beam section has open channels above and below its central cavity. These features provide the structural arrangement around which the carrying and return paths are established with the appropriate chain-support parts.
The section needs to be matched at its ends as well as along its length. Compare the channel geometry and external fastening faces with the existing beam. The double-track name should be checked against the actual circuit arrangement when selecting adjoining modules.

Dimensions & Fit
Provide a clear end view with the chain and wear strips in position. Show how the upper and lower paths connect to the end units.
Measure the required beam length and joint positions. Confirm the section before ordering connecting strips or fastening hardware, since visually similar profiles can have different slot details.
Support the Carrying and Return Runs
A continuous chain circuit needs support on the loaded run and clearance on the return. The beam section and its wear surfaces locate those paths relative to the frame.
At a joint, check both levels. A carrying surface can appear aligned while the lower return path meets an offset or an obstructing connector.

Discuss a Double-Track Beam
Send the beam end section, chain reference and required length. Include photographs of both chain paths and the adjoining connections, with quantity.
