CR140-350 Conveyor Wear Strip
CR140-350 is a UHMW-PE wear strip identified for the 140-series conveyor. It places a replaceable sliding surface between the moving chain and its supporting structure.

Check the 140-Series Strip Seating
Match the strip section and its retaining arrangement to the installed beam before selecting replacement lengths.
A Sliding Surface for the 140-Series Chain Path
The chain runs against the wear strip rather than directly against the supporting frame. That contact surface influences how the chain is supported along the beam and through joints between conveyor sections.
CR140-350 carries a nominal molecular-weight grade of 3,500,000. The grade identifies the specified material family; it does not establish friction, service life or allowable loading for a particular line. Preserve the exact model reference when replacing an existing strip.

Match the Section and the Installed Route
Compare the existing strip cross-section with the beam's seating and retention features. Check the chain's contact position and clearance to adjacent guides. Establish the required strip length from the installed route, including the locations of joints and any bends.
Allow for material movement when planning fixation and end gaps. The mounting arrangement should hold the strip in position without creating a raised edge where the chain enters the next section.
Maintain Support Across Beam Joints
In a 140-series chain conveyor, successive beam sections need a continuous running path. A displaced or poorly aligned strip joint can present an edge to the moving chain. Seating and end alignment therefore deserve attention when renewing a section.
Inspect the surrounding supports as well as the worn strip. Uneven seating can concentrate contact on a narrow area even when the replacement material grade matches.

Specify CR140-350 for Your Conveyor
Send the beam reference, a cross-section or photograph of the existing strip, required lengths and quantity. Include the chain reference and operating temperature for the fitting review.
