918 Curved Roller Side Guide
The 918 curved roller side guide uses linked roller sections to follow a turning product path. UHMW-PE is the listed material, and the guide length is 1000 mm.

Identify whether the guide sits on the inside or outside of the turn. The two paths have different geometry and need separate layout checks.
Follow a Curve With Linked Roller Sections
The 918 joins short roller-carrying sections into a guide that can follow a curved route. The joints allow the section direction to change while rollers provide contact along the product wall.
Guide layout needs to account for the space occupied by the whole product as it turns. A rectangular pack sweeps a different envelope from a round container. Check corner clearance and the transition from straight rail to curve before fixing the guide in place.

Dimensions & Fit
Provide the turn angle and a dimensioned plan showing the inside and outside product paths. Mark the radius reference explicitly. Check the guide joints and mounting positions throughout the turn.
Maintain Guidance as Product Direction Changes
Through a conveyor bend, a pack changes its orientation while continuing to move forward. The guide needs to follow that movement without trapping a corner between the inside and outside boundaries.
Linked roller sections are relevant where the guide itself must follow this route. Product shape, curve space and the entry/exit alignment need checking together; the guide does not establish the conveyor chain's minimum turning radius.
