914 Three-Row Roller Side Guide
The 914 three-row roller side guide places three stacked rows of rollers along the side of a conveyor. The rows provide rotating contact over a taller region of the product wall.

Match the Contact Height to the Product
Position the roller rows against a stable sidewall region. Check that a tapered container or projecting feature does not contact the frame before the rollers.
Extend Roller Contact Up the Product Side
Three roller rows give the 914 a vertically extended contact region. The rollers turn as a product travels alongside them, changing the side contact from continuous sliding against a fixed strip to contact with rotating elements. The product still needs stable support from the conveyor beneath it.
The frame holds the rows in alignment along the 1000 mm section. Guide position should follow the useful contact area of the pack rather than its overall height. On a shaped container, some rows may contact the wall before others; that contact pattern needs checking with the actual product profile.

Check the Roller Face and Frame Clearance
Compare the front and end views with the existing guide. Confirm the installed height of each roller row and the distance from the roller face to the product path. Leave clearance for the frame and the mounting hardware behind it.
Inspect joints between sections at the product-contact face. Narrow packs must remain guided as they cross from the last roller of one section to the first roller of the next. Bracket placement should hold this alignment under the expected side pressure.
Support Side Guidance Where Products Queue
Products moving through an accumulation zone may remain in contact with the side guide while the conveyor continues beneath them. The three-row arrangement provides contact at several heights along the wall. It should be set so that this side contact does not push the product into an unstable attitude.
Where a guide continues toward a packaging station, keep the lane centre and contact height consistent across section joints. Check the smallest and tallest product formats separately; overall guide height alone does not establish their stability.
