Two Roller Rows Along the Lane Edge
The 913 provides rolling side contact at two heights. This spreads the available contact region beyond a single row while keeping the guide focused on the product wall. The conveyor underneath carries the product's weight.
A shaped pack may touch both rows, or only the row nearest its widest section. That distinction affects how it follows the rail. Position the guide with the actual pack in mind and keep the frame clear of projecting rims or wrapping.

Dimensions & Fit
Check roller-face offset, contact height and clearance behind the frame. The brackets should hold the face parallel to the intended product path.
Pay attention to rail joints near changes in speed or lane direction. Both rows should present a consistent boundary to the approaching product; an offset joint can briefly concentrate contact on one edge.
Guide Products Beside an Accumulation Zone
A two-row guide can maintain side contact as packs approach a downstream station and begin to queue. The relative heights of the rows and pack wall determine where that contact occurs.
Check the guide with the lightest pack as well as the largest. Side pressure from a queue can affect a light or narrow product differently, even when both fit within the same lane width.
