Locate Contact Along the V Faces
The recessed top offers two sloping faces rather than a flat carrying plate. A round product can sit between them, with its seating height determined by the product section. The actual contact must be checked to avoid placing a narrow base on an unsuitable edge.
The V top follows the linked chain around the route. Lateral guidance still depends on the product and motion; the recess does not establish a clamping force. Check stability at curve entries as well as on the straight.
