60 C-Type Conveyor Side Guide Rail
The 60 C-type conveyor side guide rail combines a green UHMW-PE contact surface with an aluminium alloy carrier. Supplied in 3 m pieces, code 904 provides a continuous guide face along the conveyor.

Check the Carrier Section
The rear channel determines how this profile seats on its support. Compare the cross-section with the existing rail before ordering a replacement.
A Continuous Contact Face on a Backing Profile
The broad UHMW-PE face gives the guided item a continuous surface to slide against. The aluminium alloy carrier holds the plastic profile along its length. At a rail joint, alignment of the two contact faces matters: an exposed step can interrupt the product path even when the backing sections line up.
This is a profile component for a conveyor guide assembly. The carrier section, bracket position and installed orientation determine where its contact face sits relative to the moving product. A section photograph is useful when replacing an existing rail whose mounting details are difficult to measure in place.

Match the Section and Contact Position
Compare the rear channel and carrier outline with the supporting hardware. Check clearance behind the guide as well as the position of the green contact face. Overall conveyor width alone does not identify this profile.
For a run made from several sections, show the joint positions and support spacing. Allow the guide ends to meet without presenting an edge to approaching products. Confirm the finished section lengths for the planned installation.
Guide Products Along a Straight Run
A continuous plastic guide face can define the side of a conveying lane where products slide along the rail. Set its height against a stable area of the product wall. A rail that contacts a taper, handle or label edge may steer the product differently from one contacting a flat side.
At an entry or downstream transfer, align the guide with the receiving lane. Product width and the position of the adjoining guide determine whether the item enters freely or catches at the joint.
