5713 Injection-Moulded Modular Belt Sprocket

The 5713 is a reinforced-PA injection-moulded sprocket. Its shared 5711/5712/5713 range lists 7, 9, 12 and 14 teeth with different diameters and shaft openings.

Preserve the Tooth Count When Comparing a Replacement

Check the installed running diameter and end geometry before changing from one listed tooth count to another.

Select a Moulded Variant for the Required End Geometry

The 5713 range offers distinct tooth-count options. Each option changes the diameter around which the belt travels at the shaft. That diameter must suit the available space and the position of the nearby transfer surface.

The full model and shaft-opening specification identify the requested part more precisely than the 5713 series name alone. Confirm the belt engagement and shaft mounting together when selecting from the shared family range.

Compare the Running Circle and the Shaft Section

Use pitch diameter when reviewing the belt path and outside diameter for the physical clearance around the sprocket. Check the selected model against the end-frame drawing and the adjacent handoff.

Specify a round bore or square opening explicitly. Include axial space, hub clearance and the locating method on the shaft. Confirm all sprockets in a replacement set have the required tooth alignment and belt-contact positions.

Renew the Sprockets at a Conveyor End

When a moulded sprocket is replaced, matching the tooth count preserves the nominal running diameter. The bore and hub must also suit the installed shaft and surrounding components.

A change to a larger or smaller variant alters the belt's end path. Review the transfer height, frame clearance and contact with the sprocket set before making that change.
