5080 Roller Top Plastic Modular Belt
5080 incorporates rolling contact elements into a POM modular belt. Products contact the projecting elements above the belt body, so the supporting track and product footprint influence their movement.

Check the Contact Profile Above and Below
H1 and H2 have different side profiles. Confirm the required arrangement against the conveyor support and the intended product motion.
Rolling Contact Within a Modular Surface
The 5080 belt body locates rolling elements across the carrying face. These contact points allow relative movement at the product interface. How they move in use depends on the product base and the support or activation arrangement beneath the belt.
Two profiles, H1 and H2, are shown for selection. They must be reviewed as geometric alternatives. A top-view match alone does not establish that the underside clears the installed track.

Specifications
| Parameter | Specification |

| Body / pin materials | Specification: POM / POM |
| Profile references | Specification: H1 / H2 |
| Nominal standard width | Specification: W (mm) = 152.4 × N; W (in) = 6 × N |
| Nonstandard width | Specification: W (mm) = 152.4 + 9.54 × n |
| Backflex radius | Specification: 65 mm / 2.559 in |
| Belt mass | Specification: 15 kg/m² / 3.072 lb/ft² |
| Dry temperature range | Specification: 4 to 80 °C / 39.2 to 176 °F |
| Wet temperature range | Specification: 5 to 105 °C / 41 to 221 °F |
N and n are integer assembly increments. Choose the profile and finished width together.
Review the Rolling Elements Against the Track
Show where the underside contacts its support and where the product should move relative to the belt. Check the chosen H1 or H2 outline through the drive, return and discharge.
The product base must bridge enough rolling contacts to stay supported. Flexible packs and narrow feet need particular attention because they may sit between contact points. Keep the 65 mm backflex requirement separate from the roller-contact geometry.
Manage Relative Product Movement
Rolling contact is relevant where a product needs to move across or relative to the carrying belt. The desired direction must follow the actual rolling-element arrangement and the way it is supported.
At a receiving station, restraint and release should be considered together. A product that can move readily on the top needs suitable guides or stops to establish its final position. No powered sorting action follows from the belt alone.

Discuss Your 5080 Contact Arrangement
Send belt width, length and quantity with the H1 or H2 reference, product-base details and a sketch of the supporting track. Mark the direction in which the product should move.
