50 Machined Flexible Chain Sprocket
The 50 machined flexible chain sprocket range covers six drive references from 8 to 15 teeth. Each reference has its own pitch and outside diameters for matching the wheel to the conveyor end.

Six Wheel Sizes for Different End Layouts
The 8-, 9- and 10-tooth wheels list a 20–30 mm bore range. The 11-, 13- and 15-tooth wheels extend the range to 20–40 mm. A change in shaft size can therefore affect the available wheel choice.
PA and PP are the material options for the machined range. Round and square bore options are also listed. Specify the required shaft connection separately from the tooth count.

Pitch diameter describes the chain engagement path. Outside diameter defines the outer wheel envelope. Compare both with the chain approach, end housing and adjacent transfer hardware.
The family drawing illustrates the construction; it does not establish every tooth-count variant. Confirm hub width, bore detail and axial retention on the drawing for the ordered reference.
Replacing a Flexible-Chain Drive Wheel
A drive sprocket engages the chain below the carrying plates and pulls it through the conveyor end. Correct tooth engagement keeps that transition aligned with the supported chain path.
When replacing a wheel, compare the existing chain and shaft with the selected model. A similar-looking wheel or equal nominal bore does not establish the correct tooth profile.
