44 Chain Conveyor End Drive Unit
The 44 chain conveyor end drive unit is specified for 44 mm chain width. Its documented configuration uses an ADC12 body and nylon sprocket, with a 90GK matching reducer reference.
- Chain width
- 44 mm /1.732 in
- Body
- ADC12
- Reducer reference
- 90GK
Confirm the actual 90GK connection and shaft details. A reducer reference does not establish the motor power, ratio or output speed.
Drive a Narrow Flexible-Chain Circuit
The end unit provides the sprocket engagement that moves the 44 mm chain around its circuit. The body locates the shaft and sprocket relative to the adjoining beam so the chain can pass from the carrying run to the return.
The documented effective track length is 0.5 m. This is a chain-path value, not the overall length of the housing. Use the actual mounting and shaft arrangement when allocating space beside the conveyor.

Dimensions & Fit
Compare the beam connection and the shaft end with the existing assembly. Provide the reducer interface drawing and identify the required operating side.
Check product discharge support above the sprocket turn. Confirm housing clearance from an assembly drawing rather than using effective track length as an overall dimension.
Drive a Narrow Product Lane
A narrow chain route still needs stable product support as the chain wraps around the drive sprocket. Products wider than the chain may overhang the end assembly.
Place the receiving support to suit the product base and discharge direction. The handoff gap must be checked for the actual product, independently of the drive's chain-width match.
