3873 Side Flexing Plate Top Chain with Rollers
3873 combines wide POM carrying plates with a 12A roller-chain base and lower rolling elements. The plates overlap through articulation to support products above the central chain path.

Identify the Roller Arrangement
Confirm the roller position and orientation against the installed track before ordering.
Wide Support Above a Central Drive Chain
The 3873 plate extends across the product lane while the central 12A chain transmits motion. The overlapping outline changes position as links side-flex through the curved route.
Lower rolling elements form part of the guidance arrangement. Confirm whether the application uses the roller or bearing configuration and which side contacts the guide. Similar top plates do not establish the same lower assembly.

Check Plate Support and Rolling Contact
Compare the lower roller positions with the guide section. Review any alternating or handed arrangement against the actual sample and travel direction.
Moving Broad Products Through a Curved Route
Wide plates can support trays, cartons or carriers above a narrow central drive. Their base needs to bridge the plate joints as the links change angle.
The guidance beneath the plates must suit the selected roller assembly. At the curve exit, product guides should bring the item into the next lane while the receiving surface maintains base support.

Specify the 3873 Roller Configuration
Send the top and underside assembly drawing, required length and quantity. Include the roller orientation, curve plan and product footprint for CSTRANS to compare support and guidance.
