304 Stainless Steel Bearing Housing
CSTRANS supplies conveyor bearing housings in 304 stainless steel. The housing locates the bearing at the frame; its seat and mounting geometry must match the selected bearing and shaft arrangement.

Match the Housing and Bearing Separately
The housing material identifies the body. Confirm the bearing reference and its seating dimensions for the assembled unit.
Locate the Bearing on the Conveyor Frame
The housing connects a bearing to the supporting structure. It holds the bearing at the required position so the shaft can rotate along its intended axis. The frame mounting and bearing seat therefore need to be considered together.
For replacement, begin with the existing housing reference or a drawing of its seat and fixing pattern. A shaft-diameter match alone does not identify the housing. The location of the shaft axis relative to the frame is equally important.

Establish the Seat and Mounting Pattern
Provide the bearing reference and the housing's seat dimensions. Show fixing-hole positions, the mounting-face orientation and the shaft centre relative to that face. Include space around the shaft for adjoining drive components.
Check assembly access and how the bearing and housing will be retained. Confirm whether the enquiry covers the housing alone or a matched bearing arrangement.
Support a Shaft at a Drive or Return Position
A conveyor shaft needs bearing support at its frame connections. The housing positions those bearings while the shaft carries the sprockets or rollers required by the conveyor layout.
Alignment between the supports matters during installation. A replacement housing should preserve the intended shaft position and mounting relationship. Select bearing load, speed and sealing requirements separately for the operating duty.

Match a 304 Housing to Your Shaft Support
Send the housing or bearing reference, mounting drawing and quantity. Include the shaft size and identify whether a housing-only or assembled-unit quotation is required.
