2541 Flat Top Modular Belt
The CSTRANS 2541 flat top modular belt provides a closed carrying face with linked plastic rows. POM or PP modules support products across the straight conveyor run.

Compare the Exact Joint Construction
The 2541 and 2541A versions need a dimensional comparison before replacement selection.
Closed Support With a Defined Pin Construction
The 2541 modules form a closed surface across the carrying run. Products rest on the flat tops while the joints articulate around the conveyor ends. The listed connecting pin is 5 mm in diameter.
Belt mass is 14 kg/m². Include that mass when reviewing the drive duty for the assembled width and length. The carrying surface identifies the support geometry, while the complete conveyor arrangement determines the working duty.

Confirm the finished belt width and joint construction from the required assembly drawing.
Review the Underside Before Changing Versions
Compare pin joints and drive engagement with the installed belt. A shared flat-top description is insufficient to choose between different module constructions.
Set the required finished width at the ordering stage. Cutting the 2541 belt to width is not recommended because of its sprocket-positioning constraints; confirm the assembled width against the conveyor's side clearance.
Review support positions across the carrying width and check return bends against the 25 mm backflex radius. At discharge, evaluate the receiving height and gap with the smallest product base.
Carry Packages on a Closed Modular Surface
The flat top can support products with narrow base rims or small feet along a straight conveyor. The support bed beneath the belt carries the combined belt and product load.
At a stop, products may slide over the selected plastic. Assess that contact for the actual base finish and waiting condition, especially when several products accumulate across the width. Free conveying and held-product contact are different duties.

Identify the Required 2541 Construction
Send the required belt width, length and quantity with top and underside photographs. Include support positions, the sprocket reference and product-loading details.
