202 Articulated Conveyor Foot
The 202 articulated foot connects a threaded stem to a pivoting nylon base. The joint lets the base change angle relative to the stem when setting a conveyor support onto the floor.

Set Height and Floor Contact Together
Check the stem engagement and base seating at the required working height, including any floor slope beneath the foot.
Let the Base Follow the Floor
The joint allows movement between the stem and the base. That movement helps the base meet a sloping floor while the threaded stem remains aligned with the support above it. Thread adjustment sets the support height; articulation changes the base angle.
Choose the stem and base as an assembly. Required height, thread engagement and contact footprint affect the selection. The M8–M36 range describes the family and does not mean that every stem, base and length is an established combination.

Confirm the assembled stem and base combination for the required support duty.
Check Engagement at the Final Level
Measure the receiving thread and the required installed height. Allow enough engagement at the highest intended setting and space for the locknut. Stem length is a component dimension, not the available leveling travel.
Level Conveyor Supports on Uneven Floors
At a conveyor upright, height adjustment brings the carrying surface to the required level. An articulated base can accommodate a local floor angle while maintaining contact beneath the stem.
The feet work as part of the frame support arrangement. Unequal loading or long exposed stems need review with the upright spacing and bracing. Confirm the selected assembly for the actual loading rather than treating thread size as a load rating.

Specify a 202 Articulated Foot
Send the receiving thread, required stem length, base dimensions and quantity. Include installed height, floor conditions and the expected load per support.
