1765 Multiflex Chain

1765 uses closely fitted POM carrying links on a 50 mm pitch. Its 55 mm width provides a narrow product-support lane with overlapping geometry at successive links.

Check Contact Across the Link Joint

Follow the smallest product-base feature through the turn and over the conveyor end.

Close-Fitting Support Between Links

The shaped link ends overlap the neighboring carrying area as the chain articulates. This geometry is relevant where a small contact feature might otherwise meet a larger opening between successive plates.

Close-fitting links still need the correct support track and drive. Evaluate the actual base on the assembled chain through the complete route, including the end turn.

The lubricated and dry values describe different operating conditions. Assess chain force and route together; working load is not product-weight capacity.

Confirm the Curve with a Dimensioned Sample

Compare the link and track sections, then confirm the required horizontal and vertical geometry for the selected assembly. Allow for the full link movement around the drive.

For small components, check the base at the link joints and at the receiving gap. Keep support under the intended contact area throughout discharge.

Supporting Small Parts on a Narrow Lane

Battery or bearing handling can involve compact contact areas. The close-fitting surface is a candidate where those areas need support across successive links.

The component shape remains decisive. A round part may need a carrier or side guidance, while a recessed base may need the running lane positioned beneath its rim.
