Review the Extended Edge in Position

Transfer clearance depends on the plate's movement and the height of the receiving surface.

Extend Support Toward the Receiving Conveyor

The 1500D transfer section combines linked plate geometry with an extended end. That end carries support closer to the point where the product crosses onto the next surface. Its orientation matters when comparing a replacement with the installed section.

The transfer edge and the connected joints must be reviewed together. Clearance that appears adequate with the plate flat can change as the assembly moves around the end arrangement. A side view of the installed handoff is therefore especially useful.

Match the plate configuration to the installed transfer arrangement.

Check the Tip, Joint and Receiving Height

Compare the extended end with the receiving surface in both the carrying position and the end movement. Check the available gap along the full product path.

Locate the joint and support positions from the drawing before agreeing the plate width. Check the smallest product base at the handoff; its leading edge must reach the next support while the trailing part remains carried.

Bridge Support at a Conveyor Handoff

This transfer component is relevant where a product leaves the 1500/1505 carrying section for another surface. The extended edge changes where support ends, which can matter for short packages or narrow container bases.

The receiving conveyor's direction and speed affect how the product crosses. Review the transfer with the actual product orientation, especially if it approaches the edge at an angle. The plate geometry alone does not establish a working transfer gap.
