A Broad Plate Above the Flexible Joint

The flat 140FL plate provides a carrying face across the lane. Its central underside joint supplies the articulation, so carrying width and track fit describe different parts of the assembly.

The 140FL has a 140 mm carrying width and 33.5 mm pitch. Its curve needs a separate dimensional review. Use the actual bend drawing to check the space available for the links and the product above them.

Dimensions & Fit

Compare the plate-support positions and central link with the beam cross section. Check the 33.5 mm link spacing against the actual sprocket profile.

Provide the bend layout for radius review and show how the product base sits across the plate. At transitions, inspect support under the outer edges and the gap to the receiving conveyor.

Support Packs Across a Flexible Lane

The broad flat top is relevant to cartons or containers whose base needs support across the carrying width. The joints underneath let the lane follow the conveyor route while the pack rides above them.

A pack positioned off center can extend toward the outer guide through a bend. Check that swept path and the support near each plate edge. At discharge, match the receiving height to the moving carrying face.
