103T Flexible Chain With Rubber Strips
The 103T adds transverse TPU strips to the fingered POM carrying plates. These raised contact strips are intended for duties where product grip needs closer attention than on a plain plate.

Review the product's contact with the strips under the actual dry or wet condition. Grip depends on the product base and cannot be selected from chain width alone.

Add Grip at the Product Contact Line
The TPU strip sits across each carrying plate. Its raised position changes where the product meets the chain and can influence sliding at acceleration or an incline. The supporting link remains a fingered POM structure.
Strip contact needs to suit the product base. A rigid base and a compliant pack can react differently to the same raised line of contact. Review the product under operating conditions before assigning an incline angle or friction requirement.

Compare the 103T underside with the installed 103-family track. Show the chain reference and strip arrangement so a plain-chain replacement is not supplied in its place.
Control Sliding During Acceleration or Inclined Travel
A strip-top chain is relevant when a product tends to slide against a plain carrying surface. TPU contact changes that interaction at the base. The required grip depends on the product, speed changes and surface condition.
At discharge, the product must leave the raised strips and enter the receiving surface. Check that transition as well as steady conveying. No incline capacity or friction coefficient is implied by the strip material.
