103 Flexible Chain
The 103A flexible chain has intermeshing fingered plates on an articulated underside. Its POM carrying face follows the conveyor bend while the joints move beneath the product.

Check the fingers against the smallest product base through the bend. Gaps between neighboring plates change as the chain articulates.

Intermeshing Fingers Along the Carrying Path
The fingered edges let neighboring plates change angle while maintaining an overlapping carrying pattern. Product support depends on where the base contacts those fingers, especially through a turn.
The chain combines a POM body, PA6 pivot component and SUS201 pins. Compare the underside joint and seating geometry with the existing beam. The 103 family name helps identify the chain, but the exact link and drive references settle the replacement fit.

Dimensions & Fit
Use the 103 mm carrying width and 35.5 mm pitch with an actual link reference when comparing an existing chain. The beam and wear strips need to support the link without restricting its side movement.
Link Processing Stations Through a Bend
The 103A can carry bottles or small packs where a conveyor lane changes direction between stations. The product rests directly on the fingered face while the underside follows the supporting track.
If products queue, contact at the moving plate face adds resistance. Frequent starts and stops also change the operating duty. Include those conditions when reviewing chain pull and the drive rather than treating a tensile figure as the allowable payload.

Request a 103A Quote
Send the 103A reference, assembled length and quantity with the beam section or a clear underside photograph. Include product base size, bend layout and the stopping pattern.
