Leave Room to Reposition the Lever
Check the space around the handle through the full adjustment range, including access above the hub.
Clamp onto an Existing Stud
The internal thread accepts a projecting stud on the assembly being secured. Turning the lever applies the clamping force. The lever can be repositioned when a full turn would meet the surrounding frame.
Stud engagement needs attention in a blind threaded insert. A stud that bottoms out can prevent the handle from seating against the clamped part. Check the available thread depth together with the thickness of any washer and the component being secured.

Check Engagement Before Tightening
Match the thread diameter and pitch to the stud. Compare its projection with the insert depth on the drawing and allow the clamped faces to meet before the thread reaches the bottom. Confirm the hub's seating area on the bracket.
Manual Adjustment at a Conveyor Bracket
A handle with an internal thread can secure an adjustable bracket where the mating assembly already carries a threaded stud. At a guide adjustment point, loosening the handle allows repositioning; tightening it holds the bracket at the selected setting.
Place the lever where an operator can grip it after the bracket moves. A handle that clears the frame in one position may become obstructed at the other end of a slot. Review that movement before setting the stud location.

Specify Your 013C Handle
Send the thread size, stud projection and quantity. A photograph or section through the bracket will help CSTRANS check seating and access around the handle.
