LBP882TAB Roller Top Chain
LBP882TAB combines a roller carrying surface with a tabbed, side-flexing chain body. Five plate widths let the contact area be selected for the product lane while the tabs engage the supporting track.

The track must guide the lower tabs while maintaining clearance for articulation.
Rolling Product Contact Around a Bend
The top rollers allow relative movement beneath a product while the chain follows a horizontal curve. A stopped pack still needs lateral guidance because the chain route changes beneath it.
The tabs form part of the chain-to-track relationship. Their engagement must be maintained through the curve without restricting the link's articulation. Check the track profile separately from the overall carrying width.

Compare the Curve and the Roller Span
Use a dimensioned plan to check the radius and its measurement reference. Match the tab section to the installed guide track and allow room for the plate edges through the turn.
Select from the roller width as well as plate width. At the curve exit, check product alignment before it reaches a straight receiving surface.
A Curved Buffer for Packaged Products
A curved accumulation lane can connect stations whose positions do not suit a straight queue. The rollers accommodate relative motion under waiting packs while guides keep the queue on the intended path.
At the inner and outer edges, contact and guide forces differ through the bend. Check the smallest and tallest packs for rocking or side contact before setting the guide spacing.
