175M Rubber Top Flexible Chain

The 175M combines broad POM plates with a black TPE top attachment. The textured covering changes the product contact surface across the plate rather than adding a single narrow strip.

Check grip with the actual product base and surface condition. A high-contact top also changes how a product releases at discharge.

Change the Contact Across the Plate

The TPE attachment covers the top of each 175M plate. Its texture meets the product base over a broader area than a narrow friction strip. The underlying POM jointed chain supplies the moving support.

Grip depends on the carried product as well as the attachment. A dry rigid carton base and a wet container base may behave differently. Review acceleration and incline conditions with the actual base material before specifying a required operating angle.

Dimensions & Fit

Allow clearance for the top attachment at guides, return sections and any overhead hardware. Compare the underside link with the existing track independently of the TPE surface.

At discharge, check the height and gap to the receiving conveyor. The product must release from the textured face without catching its leading edge. Provide the actual drive reference when matching a replacement chain.

Limit Product Sliding Where Grip Is Needed

The covered top is a candidate for a lane where acceleration or an incline makes a plain carrying face unsuitable. The TPE changes contact beneath the product; the required grip must be checked under the actual operating condition.

Accumulation deserves a separate review because a higher-grip face can resist the sliding needed when products stop. Examine both normal movement and downstream queuing before selecting this surface for a packaging link.
