63 Flexible Chain
The 63A flexible chain supports the product on flat POM plates with intermeshing edges. Central joints beneath the carrying face let adjacent links follow the route.
- Link Version
- 63A flat fingered
- Pin Material
- SUS201
- Chain Mass
- 0.78 kg/m / 0.52 lb/ft
Use the actual 63A plate and underside reference when replacing the chain. Keep the required joint geometry with the order.

Support the Base Above an Articulated Joint
The 63A's fingered edge pattern allows neighboring plates to turn relative to one another. The flat carrying region supports the base while the central link follows the track below. Small feet must stay over supported areas through that motion.
This 63A configuration has a mass of 0.78 kg/m, with PA6 joint components and SUS201 pins. Keep the exact link reference with a replacement order. Compare other 63-family versions using their own samples and drawings.

Link Small-Product Handling Stations
A flat fingered chain can provide a narrow carrying path between small-product processing or packaging stations. The track routes the links while the side guides determine the product's position on the top face.
With frequent starts and stops, product contact and chain pull change over the cycle. Check both spaced conveying and any downstream queue. The base must also remain supported where the lane turns or passes onto the receiving conveyor.
