295 Flexible Chain

The 295FL provides a 295 mm flat carrying surface above a central flexible-chain link. Broad POM plates support the pack while the underside joints follow the conveyor route.

Spread Product Support Across the Lane

The 295FL gives a broad pack more carrying contact than a narrow flexible chain. The plate reaches out from the central running joint, so the beam and wear strips must support the selected loading position.

The chain mass is 3.00 kg/m. That moving mass contributes to drive demand along with the product and route resistance. A broad plate increases available support area; it does not by itself establish a heavier allowable payload.

Dimensions & Fit

Use the 295 mm carrying width and 33.5 mm pitch when comparing the chain, then check the actual underside drawing. Show the wear-strip positions beneath the plate.

Review the pack's swept envelope through the bend using the dimensioned route. At discharge, check the full leading edge of the pack over the transfer gap. The product corners can reach beyond the central running path.

Move Broad Packs Along a Flexible Route

The 295FL is a candidate for wide cartons or packs that need support across their base between packaging stations. The carrying face moves with the pack while the central articulated chain follows the route.

A broad base can conceal an unsupported edge. Check the bottom construction and off-center loading, especially at curves or side transfers. Match the receiving height to the carrying face so the pack does not tip onto its leading corner.
