2545 Plastic Modular Belt
CSTRANS supplies the 2545 plastic modular belt with linked flat-top modules. POM or PP options provide a product-supporting face assembled to the required carrying width.

Allow for the Return Bend
Check the 40 mm backflex requirement wherever the belt bends backward beneath the conveyor.
Flat Module Tops With an Articulating Underside
The 2545 carrying face supports the product above the connected module structure. The underside ribs and joints form a different geometry from the visible top, so both faces matter when identifying a replacement.
Nominal standard widths use 76.2 mm increments. A nonstandard arrangement adds 25.4 mm increments to the base. Agree the finished width after shrinkage, then check the conveyor supports and guides against that assembly.

N is a positive integer; n is a nonnegative integer. Review the selected material-and-pin combination for the process.
Compare the Support Bed and Return Path
Show carrying support positions and the sprocket reference. Compare the underside joint arrangement with the installed components, including clearance beneath the belt.
Check backward bends against the 40 mm radius. At discharge, inspect the receiving height and the product's final supported contact point before it leaves the belt.
Carry Packages Between Straight Process Sections
The flat module tops can support trays or packages along a straight conveyor. The support bed below the modules carries the combined product and belt load.
A compact conveyor return may have several changes in curvature. Review each backward bend for the selected belt, particularly when replacing a belt with a different backflex requirement. Product support at discharge remains a separate check.
